A: To combat this issue, please download and install the following two hotfixes from Microsoft, in number order.

Q: Which player is required to view the contents?
A: You will need to have the Windows Media Player software installed on your computer to view the content on BizChannel.tv. If you do not currently have it installed, click here to download and install it
Q: I am on a Network and can’t see the streams
A: If you are connecting to the Internet via a network, you may have problems viewing the video stream. This is probably due to the security settings of your corporate firewall
To overcome this you will need to contact your network administrator and direct them to the following Microsoft Support Page.
This will give them details on how to adjust the security settings to allow a Microsoft Windows Media stream through. This will not only allow you to see the BizChannel.tv video stream, but also any other Microsoft Windows Media Stream on other web sites.

Q: Can I have my films or videos shown on BizChannel.tv
A: Yes, we are always looking for new content
Q: What material are we looking for?
A: Anything that relates to businesses and creative industries.
Q: What format should my work be sent in on?
A: Submissions can be sent in on Mini DV, VHS, DV Cam, DVD, BetaSP, Digibeta or as a QuickTime movie on CD, etc. Remember though, the better quality you give it to us in, the better it will look on the Internet.
Q: Would BizChannel.tv want an exclusive agreement?
A: No you would retain all the rights and are totally free to enter into any agreements with any other companies, such as distributors, licensees etc.
Q: Do I maintain copyright of my material?
A: Yes. All rights remain with the individual or company - we only broadcast your work
Q: If selected for broadcast, when is my material going to be seen?
A: This depends on the production team. We compile a weekly schedule of programming for each day.
Q: Will the hard copy of my material be returned to me?
A: Yes, if you send a stamped, self addressed envelope we are happy to return tapes.
